Happy New Year everyone. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season. Now is that time of the year where everyone regrets eating that extra roll or slice of pie and decides that they are wanting to change that this year. I will admit that I am one of those people but I am going to try my hardest this year to work on my health. I have other new years resolutions such as for the month of January I am not going to spend any money besides my necessary expenses like my bills, gas. Not going out and shopping or eating out. I will save all that money and will only make it a one month thing. I made this goal because I know that it is reasonable. I feel like most people make goals that are dreams and might be a little hard to just go out and achieve, at least I am like that. I need to make goals that I know are achievable and then aspire to continue those goals I had set for other months.  This year is going to be a struggle with changing my lifestyle to the way I want it to be, but it will totally be worth it. I am so excited to start back up in school and work hard in all my classes. I am on track to graduate early and I am going to keep that up. I also am going to make sure that I work on my back and figure out how to help myself with scoliosis. Chiropractors cost a lot of money if not covered by insurance so I am trying to figure out other alternatives to help strengthen my back. This year will be hard but so worth it. I am so excited for what God has in store for me this year and I hope to have many adventures to write about! I am going to try to post blogs more often! For this month I will be sure to post one a week, but as the year goes on I will try to continue that. I hope you all had a great new year. Good luck on those resolutions!
